The Mandheling coffee from the Gayo Nusantara Cooperative (KGN) is grown in an eco-responsible way in the Gayo region, Sumatra, Indonesia. This cooperative brings together more than 360 producers committed to sustainable agricultural practices. Produced using the Giling Basah (wet hulling) process, this coffee has a rich body and a syrupy texture. In the cup, it reveals deep woody notes and a dark chocolate finish, with no acidity.
