Who are we?
Although the idea of opening a coffee roastery and a small café had been brewing for several years, it was in the spring of 2020, during very peculiar times, that the project took flight.
That's when we went for it, found a location, did renovations, training, purchasing, all the steps and... opened the cafe!

It's his passion that guides the team's path. With over 20 years in the cultural sector, he is responsible for selecting coffees, roasting them, and passing on the flame.
