Some of our coffees are eco-friendly, fair trade, or RFA . Others are "traceable" back to the farmer who produced them.

Within the company, everything has been considered with the environmental impact of our industry in mind.
Here are some choices we have made to reduce our ecological footprint:
Recycled and eco-friendly materials
When the café was designed, particular attention was paid to the selection of materials used. A century-old charred floor and bamboo panels became the service counter, and recycled paint covered some of the walls.
Compostable catering supplies
While we encourage the use of reusable cups, disposable cups remain a reality we must contend with. That is why we have opted for compostable cups and lids.
